Representative cases include insurance coverage litigations such as B.G.K. Security Services, Inc. in the Chicago Loop Fire that settled for over $100 million on April 28, 2008. This matter involved 22 victims of the Chicago Loop office high-rise building fire at 69 West Washington in Chicago on October 17, 2003.
Clients include or have included multi-million dollar corporations, insurers in toxic tort litigation with claims approaching $700 million, internationally known music artists, Suburban Cook County Village President and others.
